Signs of Poor Work Life Balance
• Being over-booked in that you even fail to have time of your own but for other people’s engagements/appointments. If you are self employed and work daily without resting, know you are out of balance.
• Being out of shape. For example; if you had a well trimmed body and before long, your body gets out of shape is a sign of being out of balance.
• Hard time sleeping. When this happens, it means that something in your emotional or spiritual world is not right. It could be that you are overstressed about something you should work on.
• Minimal or no social life at all. When you never get enough time or no time at all to go out, watch a movie, to relax or do something outside work, then it means something needs to change.
