Goal Setting Dynamics


Different Types of Goals
1. Long Term Goals. These are in a period of 10 years, 5 years and a year as a minimum.
2. Short Term Goals. These are goals for the next 9 months, 6 months and 3 months. That is from a quarter of a year (3 months) to 9 months.
3. Immediate Goals. These are between 1 day/24 hours to a month/30 days. In other words, you want the goal to happen “now”. An example was when we were working on a website for a client and he said: “I want it like yesterday”. So to him it was an immediate goal.
